Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Leading HR team & contributing in development & implementation of HR strategies that align with company goals.
  • Recruitment, Hiring & onboarding.
  • Time and attendance management.
  • Managing Compensation and Benefits.
  • Designing and managing performance appraisal system.
  • Identifying training needs, developing training programs & training evaluation.
  • Developing and implementing programs for employee engagement and retention.
  • Employee Lifecycle Management from hiring to exit.
  • Maintaining accurate records & documentation.
  • Ensuring compliance as per employment laws, internal policies and ISO 27001 & 9001.

Qualifications

    • Master’s in Business Administration – HR or PGDBM
    • 8-12 years of experience in Talent acquisition, Employee Engagement & Retention, Training and Development, Performance Management.
    • Experience in handling HR functions.
    • Hands-on experience with MS Excel, Word, power point, Good communication & a Team player.
