Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain Android applications.
  • Utilize Kotlin and Java to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
  • Implement features using the Android SDK, including Room database, Retrofit, and Volley.
  • Connect Android applications with backend systems through RESTful API integration.
  • Adhere to Android’s UX/UI guidelines for a consistent and intuitive user experience.
  • Experience with FCM for push notifications.
  • Proficiency in Gradle for project build and dependency management.
  • Familiarity with SVN and Git for version control.
  • Utilize Jira for project management and issue tracking.
  • Apply MVVM and MVC architectural patterns.
  • Use Live Data for data observation.
  • Experience with SonarQube for code quality analysis.
  • Familiarity with Jenkins for continuous integration.
  • Knowledge of Google ML Kit for text recognition.

Qualifications

    • B.Tech/BCA/MCA
    • 5-7 Years of experience.
    • Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams on successful Android applications.
    • Proficiency in Kotlin and Java.
    • Strong knowledge of the Android SDK, including Room database, Retrofit, and Volley.
    • Extensive experience with RESTful API integration.
    • Thorough understanding and implementation of Android’s UX/UI guidelines.
    • Experience with FCM for push notifications.
    • Proficiency in Gradle, SVN, and Git.
    • Proficiency in Jira for project management.
    • Strong understanding of MVVM and MVC architectural patterns.
    • Experience with LiveData.
    • Experience with SonarQube and Jenkins.
    • Knowledge of Google ML Kit for text recognition.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
    • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
    • Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality code and user experiences.
    • Ability to adapt and learn new technologies and frameworks quickly.
    • Strong time management and prioritization skills to meet project deadlines.
